REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management as per the following terms outlined after date of purchase.
We require a deposit of 50% payment of the total estimate in advance at the time of booking, if we are unsuccessful in scheduling a crew your deposit will be refunded. However, if a crew is confirmed and then a cancellation is made no refund will be provided.
“I agree to pay the total charges for the services to be provided by Agarwal Global Logistics. I understand that my deposit/fee represents only a portion of my total estimated service charges. Bank charges will be deducted as applicable.”
STANDARD ORDER CANCELLATION:
A 20% fee will be deducted from the original deposit amount/payment made if the order is cancelled at least 5 business days (Saturday, Sundays and Holidays not included) prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will be paid to you by check within 7-10 business days.
A 50% fee will be deducted from the original deposit amount/payment made if the order is cancelled less than 2 business days prior to the job order execution date and the remaining balance will be paid to you by check within 10-20 business days.
EMERGENCY ORDER CANCELLATION:
If a cancellation request is received one business day prior to scheduled job execution date, you will be charged a 75% against emergency fee. However, If a cancellation request is received after our crew departs for your location you will be charged a 75% no show fee in addition to the 25% cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file per our terms and conditions.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION:
No refunds are offered for cancellations against the payment made for services applied if the order is cancelled after our crew departs for your location or even on the same day.
SHORT TERM CANCELLATION:
If your situation has changed and you are no longer sure of your moving dates or destination you may opt to move your reservation to pending status. This will cancel your current order(s) and allow them to be rescheduled at any time within twelve months without penalty. Orders can be rescheduled for any location in or outside the country; it is not tied to your original location. Short Term cancellation will not attract any refund and will be adjusted against your next move only. Price may be changed based on the services you opt for based on your requirement.
ALL CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ON YOUR NEXT BILLING STATEMENT.
